Hino EH700 6cyl diesel and Allison MT653 automatic transmission $5000 complete (Photos below)

Listing a Hino-EH700 good runner complete with MT653 Allison that I was originally going to repower my rear engine Swift with. I have since sold the bus, and my mate still has this great motor and auto for sale. The motor ran well and has fairly low kilometers, the auto worked fine when last driven.

It would make a great repower option for any of the old rear or front engined AEC, Leylands, Bedfords etc. I know how much trouble I went to chasing up reasonable priced donks, so I have listed it here for other motorhomers down on their luck too.

Apparently the Allison auto does have a telma retarder brake as well as the engine exhaust brake!!!
The unit comes with electrics etc for the retarder plus the shift cables etc.

NOTE: This is a complete long motor with alternator, power steering pump, power steering box etc, the works, all complete with the auto attached and ready to retro-fit into your vehicle!!

The engine/transmission was removed from a coach that operated on an island resort, hence the low kilometers, unfortunately salt air destroyed the chassis and body frame with rust. The mechanicals/drive train was fine, and in well maintained order.
